Is the call really free?
Yes — 30 minutes, no obligation, no sales pitch. We use it to align on scope and confirm we're a good fit. If we're not, we'll refer you to 2-3 other agencies we trust. We've referred out dozens of projects that weren't a fit (typically too small, or too large for a solo team).
What if I need more than 30 minutes?
Book a follow-up call. The first 30 minutes is always free. If we need more time, we can book a paid 60-minute deep-dive at $150 — credited toward any project you start with us.
Will I get a quote on the call?
We'll give you a ballpark on the call and a written proposal within 24 hours after. We don't send proposals during the call — we want you to have time to think it over.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's exactly what the call is for. Many of our clients come in unsure whether they need a website, a Shopify store, a SaaS MVP, or an SEO engagement. We help you figure it out — and we'll tell you honestly if you don't need us.
How do I reschedule?
You'll get a confirmation email with a reschedule link the moment you book. Click it to move to a new time — no need to email us. Cal.com handles it all automatically.
Do you work weekends?
By appointment only. Most calls happen Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 GMT. We can accommodate weekend slots for US West Coast / Asia-Pacific clients — pick a custom slot and we'll confirm.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule any time, no fee, no questions asked. We just ask for 2 hours notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
