Services sold to clients located outside India are generally treated as exports of services under the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and may be zero-rated subject to LUT (Letter of Undertaking) requirements. Services sold to clients in India are subject to GST at the prevailing rate. EU and UK clients may be charged reverse charge on cross-border B2B services; we provide compliant invoices on request.
Invoices for clients in the European Union include any applicable reverse-charge note and the recipient's VAT identification number, where supplied.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online platform for the resolution of consumer disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not commit to participate in dispute-settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Indian consumers may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and the Integrated Grievance Redressal Mechanism (INGRAM) portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in for grievance redressal.
