How does the white-label partnership work?
You bring the client. We deliver the engineering under your brand. From kickoff to delivery, the client interacts with you (or with our team, who appear as your team). We sign NDAs and IP-assignment agreements. Final delivery is white-labelled to your specifications. Source code, design files, documentation — all in your client's name.
What's the pricing model for partner work?
Three models: (1) Project-based — fixed-scope, fixed-price with milestone billing. (2) Retainer — monthly capacity at preferential rates (8-hour, 20-hour, 40-hour tiers). (3) Revenue share — for strategic partners on long-term engagements. Most partners start with a 3-month retainer at 20 hours/month.
What's your typical turnaround for partner work?
Retainer requests are picked up within 24 hours. Project kickoffs happen within 5 business days of contract signature. Emergency response (P0 incidents) is available for retainer clients within 2 hours during business hours.
Do you sign NDAs and IP-assignment agreements?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are signed before scoping. IP assignment is built into every contract — your client owns 100% of the source code, designs, documentation, and any third-party licences we procure on their behalf. Standard MIT licence by default, custom licensing available.
What's the minimum engagement?
No minimum for project-based work. Retainers start at 8 hours/month. We recommend a 3-month initial engagement to allow time for delivery and knowledge transfer, but we're flexible for the right partner.
Can you work in our tools (Slack, Linear, Asana, Notion)?
Yes. We work in Slack, Discord, Linear, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Jira, GitHub Projects, Basecamp, and most other modern agency tools. We provide Loom walkthroughs for asynchronous work. We can also operate fully in your client's tools if needed.
